Client sends product inquiry (model, quantity, size, material, color, logo, destination).We provide formal Proforma Invoice (PI) with unit price, total amount, lead time, packing details, and trade terms.

Once the client signs and returns the Proforma Invoice, we will confirm the order specifications and initiate the deposit payment process to begin manufacturing.

Upon confirmation of the 30% deposit payment via T/T, we will promptly issue a formal receipt and immediately initiate the production schedule to ensure timely delivery.

We start manufacturing according to confirmed order details.
We provide production progress updates if required.

Once finished, we inform client for inspection.
Client may arrange third-party inspection or accept our factory inspection report.

The client arranges the 70% balance payment before shipment. Upon receipt of the full payment, we will issue the final invoice and prepare the shipment for delivery.

We arrange loading, container stuffing, and shipping documents.

We provide full set of shipping documents:
Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, IPPC/ Fumigation Certificate, etc.
Client clears customs at destination port.

Client receives goods and confirms delivery.
We provide after-sales support for quality issues, missing parts, or shipping damages.
